Mission Orders

You have woken up in some unknown land, only to find your amulet has been stolen by a group of three Tarutaru. You think they may have run off somewhere to the west.

Walkthrough

Upon arriving in Lufaise Meadows, pat yourself on the back (really). You have succeeded in completing Promyvion Holla/Dem/Mea and that is no easy task.

Once you have rested up, head west to (F-10). You will cross a ravine via a bridge and will eventually come to Tavnazian Safehold. Along the way, be sure to avoid the assorted mobs if you are below level 50, as they can and will aggro.

Upon entering Tavnazian Safehold, you will be treated to another cutscene and will be able to begin the next mission in the chapter.

I'm completely confused
# Mar 14 2006 at 9:54 PM Rating: Decent
after a year and a half or more that CoP has been out I'm almost done w/ promies Although I've played for a year I deleted a character out of frustration over promies and other stuff. But here goes my question/ what I'm confused about.

My static for Zilart wants me to get to them in CoP which is 2-5. I got 1 promy left and when I get it how many battles are between 2-1 and 2-5 not counting 2-5 of course. The forums give me kinda a mix single it looks and I stress looks like 2-2 and 2-3 and battles. But the minimum lvl is 1 of course promies have minimum lvl is 1 as well.

So basically asking for 2-1 to 2-5 which are battles and which are cs. I don't think it will be a spoiler if you give that info.

CoP Mission 2/3 is the Minotaur fight. CoP 2/1, 2/2 and 2/4 are cutscene missions only.

Can I get back to this point?

Months ago I did the three Promy's with LS mates and such. Our group made it through to Lufaise Meadows, but group two was still inside because they had died. So, we ended up leaving Lufaise to go help them - before going west to Tavnazian Stronghold and completing this part of the quest. (I was also only a 39 whm at the time and was not comfortable going too far without a map or a clue.) Since it looks like I didn't finish this segment completely, and I am now lvl60 RDM - I would like to go complete this segment and move forward in the CoP story lines.

Question: how do I get back to Lufaise Meadows in order to get to Tavnazian Stronghold - do I have to do the third Promy all over again (gee I hope not!). Thanks in advance!

Valkurm Dunes, Siren Sands, there is a "Kinda" hidden cave on the east side of the beach, in that cave you will find a "Swirling Vortex". Enter the Vortex to be trasported to Lufaise Meadows. (side note) There is also a Swirling Vortex in Quifim Island at E-6 (In the Tunnel that leads to Behemoths Dominion) that trasports you to Misareaux Coast. If you need maps i really like what these guys have done. Maybe you will too. http://www.ffxi.blueelephantbrigade.com/maps.html#Quiffim

Thanks a lot! I really like the map-link you included, looks like a great site/resource. I've added it already to my bookmarks! I also know where the cave is in the Dunes that you mention, so I will try that out this week and hopefully finish this CoP segment. Thanks so much for your helpful reply!
CoP 'Missions

Basically, the CoP Missions aren't like the original rank missions. They are more akin to quests, except they are tied together and lead players further into the story of CoP. Thus the 'Chapters'.
