how can u wear both leg armour at once or is it u need to trade the item to them or some kinda funky shiznaz?

Talk to Brygid while wearing at least one piece of Artifact armor. If the requirements are completed, she will start the quest.
Brygid requires that you wear two pieces of armor, of her choosing. These will be armor for Body and Leg slots, with level on the items ranging between 35-60. These seem to be randomly chosen from a large list of possible items, with two given that your character's current job can wear. These armor pieces include: Beak Jerkin, Bishop's Robe, Pyro Robe, Raptor Jerkin, Scorpion Harness, Velvet Robe; Carapace Subligar, Iron Cuisses, Raptor Trousers, Velvet Slops, White Slacks.
Obtain the two armor pieces she requests; these are all crafted, and most should show up on the Auction Hall as the demand increases. Once you have the two pieces of armor, talk to her while wearing them. (Once this step is done, you can sell those two pieces of armor.)
Brygid will give you the option of 13 different pieces of level 50 Rare/Ex body armor that you can obtain (most are job-specific, but a few can be used by two jobs.) Choose carefully, as once you make your decision you cannot change it.
Once you decide which body armor you want, Brygid will require you to bring her a corresponding piece of subligar. These are also level 50 Rare/Ex pieces of armor, and are dropped from the corresponding job of Fomor in Sacrarium or Phomiuna Aqueducts, as listed above.
Obtain the appropriate subligar and return to Brygid. Trade her the subligar and you will recieve the body armor you picked, ending the quest.

Quest Notes: You do lose the subligar to complete the quest, although you can certainly go obtain another one from the Fomor if you wish. You can complete this quest up to 13 times, if you wish to obtain each of the pieces of body armor. This can be repeated easily if you have farmed the subligars for different job pieces in advance; they drop off of the Fomor mobs regardless of whether you have the quest activated or not. You cannot obtain the same body armor from the quest twice, however, so be sure you no longer want a piece before you discard it. There is no requirement to obtain the body armor that relates to the job that has Artifact armor; that is entirely up to the person doing the quest.

Recommended Level: This quest is designed to help higher level jobs have level 50 armor for the level limited Chains of Promyvion missions. Since Artifact armor (not weapons) is required, this means the character has to be at least 52. Some of the crafted armor pieces that have to be worn for the first step of the quest are higher level, however, so it may not be possible to complete unless the character is closer to 60.

Nice shell of a quest description - Let me try to update it a bit.

First off: This quest requires that you complete Brygid the Stylist, where she wants you to show up in a Robe and Bronze Subligar. After you've finished it, zone (hitting the MH is fine) and come back.


Go talk to Brygid while wearing any AF armor piece. Your AF weapon will not work. You only need to have one AF armor on your body to trigger this quest.

Brygid will ask that you get a new body armor and leg armor to meet the demands of the fashion world. Do so.

When you come back she offers up a listing of 13 body armors. All are level 50. All are rare/ex. All are JSE, though some have two jobs available (one is BLM/SMN, one is WHM/SMN, one is RDM/BRD, one is WAR/PLD).

When you select an item Brygid then demands one of the new JSE subligaria. These drop off Fomor in Phomiuna Aqueducts as well as in the Sancarium. They're CoP areas. To reach Phomiuna you have to finish the Promyvion quests. All JSE subligaria are level 50 and rare/ex, so you personally have to go there to get yours.

I opted to obtain the Nimbus Doublet, the WHM/SMN item. Brygid asked me for the Capricornus Subligar, which is the WHM JSE piece. I'd already had one from when I was in Phomiuna.

When I traded my Subligar over she gave me the Doublet. I zoned to the MH, talked to Brygid again, and was issued the quest. This quest is repeatable.

The second time she asked for different items, both of a slightly higher level and slightly more expensive than before.


Questions;
1) If you repeat the quest, is it for body armor again, or does she offer other pieces of gear to replace your AF in full?

2) Is Brygid's subligar request based on your current job, or on the job that her JSE would go to? I'm guessing the latter. I asked for WHM gear and needed WHM subligar to obtain it.

I got this quest finished to the point wher eyou pick which jse body piece you want. I'm reluctant to decide because I plan on leveling multiple jobs past 50 and, if this is not repeatable, I want to pick the piece that is most useful for its job. Anyway, does anyone know if you can repeat this quest?

I'm really hoping, if you come back on a different level 50+ job than you got the quest with the first time, then she will give you the quest again.

I'm wondering about the level caps in general. I hear Fomar etc- are Lv54-55'ish and I also heard from a Japanese player i asked that Scoprius Subligar drops off mobs in 'Sacarium' *spelling? All i know is depending on the one you pick after showing up with the 2 armor pieces on, that determines the Rsre.Ex subligar. The Scoprius Subligar is Rare.Ex Lv50 RDM MP+10.

Sorry theres no defense up there, If i remember correctly the Defense on most of them is higher then the Lv50 regular armor you can buy, Alsothe Prade Curiass is Gold like the Lv70 one, i thought that was cool.

i went for this quest yesterday in phominia aquaducts with some ls members fomors are T+ and link recommended ammount is 8 people or more with ninja tanks drops are medium recommended to do this while doing the mission here

I'm quite sure you only need one piece of AF to start this.

Brygid will ask for different items every time. She asked me for a Velvet Robe and a Caraprace Subligar. As far as I can tell, it is completely random.

Also, the subligar she requests in the second part is called "Scorpius subligar" (for the RDM one).

I am also a rdm, talked to her just in my AF boots and she gave quest, asking for carapace harness and subligar. I went to her and she said i could borrow something, so I had also picked the Glamor Jupon, and she said she wanted a scorpius subligar. I figured it was the same as scorpion subligar, so I bought that and returned to her. I tried wearing it for her, trading it to her, but nothing happened? Any clues from someone who has completed this?
