The reward from the A.A.R.I. has been confiscated by President Naja to cover your "fines."

You have to wait one game day (roughly an hour) and zone at least once before you can start this mission.

Talk to Naja Salaheem for a cutscene to complete this mission.

You don't have to wait an hour and you don't have to zone to get this mission. I warped home from the Undersea Ruins in the previous mission and got the CS for this immediately.

haha after she tells you your going to get a 255 gold coin reward, she tells you you have fines to pay, after listing various fines and how much they cost, the total comes out to 51 gold coins. she tells you its a total of 255 XD isnt she so kind? ^^;

I figured that it didn't show all the fines, that the deductions were already in progress when the cutscene resumed.
