Description

Description: A confidential report states that corsairs are secretly collecting the remains of shipwrecks on the Ilrusi Atoll. Use the automaton issued to you by the on-site engineer to demolish these shipwrecks.

The objective of this Assault is to demolish 5 shipwrecks by using an Automaton.

When entering the zone, one member of the party must be chosen to guide the Demolition Automaton to each of the five Shipwrecks. This member must click on the Start NPC to begin this task. There are imps around the zone that aggro to true sight, so having a SMN on board is a great idea in case of unwanted aggro and keeping the automaton healed. When you find a shipwreck, keep in mind only the automaton is able to affect the shipwreck, so just let it do the work. The shipwreck doesn't envoke any damage, but crabs do pop out of each shipwreck. When a crab spawns, each member of the party is able to fight the crab, making for rather quick crab fights. The automaton will automatically engage on the crab and there's no way you can voke the crab off the automaton. Therefore, it's very important you have a mage continuously targeting the automaton and making sure it's always healed near 100% HP.

Once all 5 shipwrecks have been destroyed return to (H-10) to unlock the Rune of Release.

When entering zone, one member of the party must be chosen to guide the Demolition Automaton to each of the five Shipwrecks (comparitive to how one must click on an Escort NPC to start/stop it).

The shipwreck doesn't envoke any damage, but crabs do pop out of each shipwreck, I'd estimate 3-4 times at each location.

I did try hasting and protecting the automaton, but I was not able to cast these buffs on the little bugger. Perhaps they changed this since I've done this assault.

Crabs seem relatively easy to destroy, so this assault could definitely be trioed, as long as you don't aggro imps at all costs. That could cause a potential loss since those imps could be difficult to fight @3 under certain conditions and time constraints.
