Muddy Bar Tab and Torn Epistle - Torn Epistle only drops in West Sarutabaruta, Muddy Bar Tab drops in East Sarutabaruta. Both are found on Rarabs.
Odd Postcard and Damp Envelope - Both Drops off Canyon Rarabs in Tahrongi.

Turn in 1 for 50 gil, 2 for 150 gil, 3 for 250 gil and 4 for 500 gil.
