Moghancement: Fishing Skill

Hmm... I bought THE BIIIIG ONE today to give me a tiny boost with fishing. Cleared out all of my other furnishings and put this baby up. The problem is I'm only getting moghancement: Fishing. Not Moghancement: Fishing Skill. So with that said I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong or if this moghancement only works with the fishing hole map. Anyone have any info? Kthnx.
