are all -aga II spells rare and extremely expensive? stonaga II is over 200k (which i'm not buying for a very long time). i just some solid clarification that all these spells are a kick in the pants to buy/quest/farm.

No, not all of them are outrageously expensive. Stonega II is so high because it drops a relatively massive NM in Quicksand Caves, as opposed to the others which drop from regular mobs.
Edit: Checked the name of the NM- Centurio I-X. While checking, I discovered that the scroll can also drop from Orcish Hexspinners in Monastic Caverns. They're more common than the NM, so maybe the price will go down? I could have sworn that Centurio used to be the only one, but I could be wrong.
