Just magic burst this in Kuftal Tunnel fighint crabs 54BLM/27WHM and i got 1150dmg every time ^_^ +23INT +5 magic attact bonus and +15 elemental skill up. i was proud.
I made a macro saying that id just used it and when i had 14 seconds left, the 1st weapon skill goes as soon as 2nd macro appears then it shud burst nicely.
Just a little info cos it took me ages to work out freeze and to explain to our rubbish PLD that ity takes a while to cast. just makes life easier.
Tell me if u have anyother ways that are better

lol i tried n i was like wtf tried it everytime in an exp pt... i think it raises it lmao idk it was so very strange cause i did 900+ with freeze constantly, then tornado with 900+ constantly too then freeze lol it did 500+dmg xD then i tried again it ended the same! it was soo annoying not really sure but did tried it

Got this spell, was not to happy with its damage/mp ratio. I believe it will be better for flying mobs, but haven't had a chance to check it out. Has anyone been successful on getting high damage from this? I was also wondering if someone has tried casting tornado to lower resistance against ice and then cast freeze afterwards and having more damage from freeze than normal. I get about 998 from freeze w/o magic burst and about 1313 w/ magic burst. Any info would be greatly appreciated. 55blm/27whm +28 INT, +15 magic attack bonus. +15 elemental skill

27k!... dam you, im just gone back to my blm which is 41 atm and climbing, and i dread the thought of buying ancient magic as they all range from 100-200k aside from freeze on unicorn

Just bought Tornado for 27k at Jueno AH (carbuncle) I would like to own every Ancient spell, "It's a Blackmage thing"
Well, it looks like this....
When casted you first start to see some swirls around the mob, kinda like Aero I. But, then you'll see a Toronado form. The graphics are alright for me, I wish the Tornado would twirl the mob up in the air then slam it to the ground =\.

Its MP usage is 322 if I remember correctly
and all the Ancient Magic is single monster not Area Effect.
