Well I have to say that Bards should get more Passive abilities
Resi silence is good in all but doesnt seem to be useful as often as that it happens that a mob casts silence

Resist Silence 3 comes at level 45, and just a few levels later you will begin fighting Anticans. All Anticans use an ability called Jamming Wave, which is an AOE Silence.

Jamming Wave almost never fails to silence everyone within range. The only person I have ever seen evade a Jamming Wave is myself, a Bard. I would say that I evade one out of every three times. Cast Barsilencera and you can consistently dodge this annoying attack. Then cast Silena on anyone who needs it, especially the Ninja or Paladin tank!

As LVL 45 BRD partying in the Quicksand Caves I remember me and two other mages getting hit by the Jamming Wave. I thought to myself, wow we are in trouble, only to read in the chat log that I actually evaded it! I cast Silena on the mages and the PLD and felt like a true hero, if only for a short while.
