Resist Blind didn't start kicking in until I hit 73. I noticed it started working while EXP'ing in Ro'Mauve fighting Weapons. I resisted almost 100% of the blinds they cast on me.

I think it has about a 5% chance of activating. It's a surprisingly useless bonus. When it activates, you'll see a message like "Resist! Samguy resists the attack!". Otherwise it will just give the usual message, probably "Samguy evades".
This has to be the most useless trait i have ever seen, speaking from Experience i can tell you very rarely actually resists blind, Even now at level 58 i am still able to be blinded by {Too Weak} Quadavs in Beadeaux, Im Sorry but this trait does nothing in my opinion.
Odds of the Trait actually activating is about 1 in a million, and it really will never help. Sorry to crush your hope and dreams for you low level Samurai but this Trait does nothing >_<

this ability doesn't really affect the resistance to blind(that i've noticed), but it's good to know it's there >.>
