Does the level of the casters enhancing magic skill have any effect on the extra damage done in melee? Would there be a difference in damage between a caster of the spell with a skill of, say 20 and a skill of say 50?

I would think so. With EnThunder, did 4pts at lvl 17 and when I got lvl 18, it did 5.

is this cumulative with enthunder, enaero, enblizzard and so on? so if i cast all these spells, will all its effects take place, or will it replace the previous ones?

Adds 5 points of additional damage (reduced depending on target's magic defence or elemental defence) for every melee hit for 2 minutes. Means just smackin em with the enstoned weapon does more damage than giving up a couple attacks to cast an elemental spell.
