i was about 2 AH one of these on in sandy but then i saw that it sold for 500 later while i was leveling up red mage in the dunes a 20 pladin bought it fo 6K i was so happy :)

Just about any magic user at least up to mid 20's becomes much simpler with this spell. This includes Bard Class monsters. I also love useing it on Worms but I have found that many of them have sound vacume special that they love to use on casters (especialy ones that cast Silence over and over)

Silence is a single mob stopper when it comes to the "worm" family of mobs. At least so it has seemed at my level range (lvl 15). If you're not in melee range these worms are powerless after you've silenced them.
I now solo maze makers, it's not the fastest xp but it works well while waiting for a party. I get 160-200xp for every worm and I hardly ever get hit with a hp worth of damage. Once I see them casting I merely step out of spell range, it's spell fizzles, I step back into range and hit it with my spells.
