Performed:
((Singing+Instrument-2)/20)+33
Instrument w/ Minuet +2 = +5
Seems accurate so far.
Anyway what it comes down to is that a 75 bard will give you 60 atk with this unless they got gear: the most it will go up to with full merit and gjaladhorn is something like 68. As far as i can tell at least.
