You get this spell by doing a quest in Upper Jeuno. You have to talk to Kurou-Morou and then talk to Ilumilda. They'll tell you the rest.

Don't know who drops it, but I do know it is obtained through a quest. don't know much else though.

That's Allakhazam's subtle way of saying they've got no clue on the spec's of this spell. Just like the rank 0 crafting recipes for massively expensive items, lvl 1 NM's that slaughter alliances of 60's, and so forth.

Uh, right now it says the MP cost is 0. Is this true or just a typo?
I can guarentee you that it isn't free. No "ga" spell is cheap much less free as far as MP is concerned. That goes double for "ga II" spells. Well, I dunno about white magic "ga" spells.
