I watched the NIN use this spell and the shadow of a spider (it makes sense along with the web-like animation) appears below the mob, thought it was an interesting tidbit given the type of spell.

Yeah, I think Allakhazam forgot to post this but what it does is it reduces the enemy's attack speed.
