on my server in the AH almost any spell cost a ton to buy but how do they expect a poor RDM like me to be able to buy this spell E.G. invis in jenuo is 35K!!! and the max i've ever held is 9k!!!. Buy the spells that you can from NPC stores, like in Selbina. 35k isn't that much. I'd sell stacks of crystals at the auction house, do repeatable quests like the bastok Siren's Tear, the Shady Business quest (4 Zinc ore that you can get from killing worms), and A Flash in the Pan (four flint stones). There are other quests you can do in other countries, like the bat wing quest in Sandy.

I have a funny story when i first got Cure III i was thinking wow now i can be the ultimate party savior.. lol this is what really happened.. we were all lvl 26 when the tank provoked a gob. so we r doing fine when the gob uses his gob bomb and everyone gets into the orange/red so i hit chainspell and start spamming cure III. i ended up with 0 mp and a ton of hate when i was done. i start running toward the zone and i saw the pld and war both use provoke and the gob kept chasing me. lol i got to kazham with 12 hp left but we won ^^

well at lvl 14 i was curing with cure I like 30 and cure II like 90 but on white day cure I was 33 and cure II was 99 so i am sure that 190 with cure III could be alot high on white day.....

im 75 whm my cure I dose round 50 or 60 my cure II dose between 120-150 cure 3 ive gotton up to 230 cure 4 maxed at round 400 and cure 5 ive broken 1k hp healed

Scrolls are purchased and acquired with gil. Instead of being learned automatically when you level up (which is, I assume...what you're confused about), the scroll must be available and you must have the money to purchase it. It's just another aspect to the game, another thing to strive for: the best armor, the best weapons, the best magic.
They can be bought from vendors and dropped off beasts, for people who aren't mages there's a resale value when you get a scroll. Sell it to someone who can use it, make some money.
So no, a monk can't learn Cure III...even if they could, they'd have no mana to use it.

Ok so to use a scroll you have to have the right job to use it and u need to be the right level? but if you had the right job and you where the right level then you would have learned it already?

The answer is no. The ONLY way to learn it is to use the scroll. You do NOT learn spells automatically in this game. You must be the correct job and level AND need to use the scroll.

i an say for sure that with elvaan lvl 25, which has like 36 mnd +16 this spell cure to a total of 170 with my healing skill caped at like lvl 78 or so...the highest i have ever seen this spell do was 210 and it wasnt lightday so i am sure they were using light staff.

Cure III heals 160 points for me. Has anyone else gotten higher? I'm trying to figure out what the cap is.

I just got Cure III tonight and started healing at 162 and up. On Darkday.
My healing skill was still at the level 20 cap (63 or so) and my MND at 43. No healing bonuses or anything, just standard old Elvaan WHM 21. I'll let you know if I find a cap, but it'll be a few levels before I'm sure.

Healed 141 when I first got it. Scales upward quickly, though.

Cure III is twice as powerful as Cure II. It can cure 180 HP a shot from a skilled Healer. Also, since it only costs 46 MP, as opposed to 48 (twice the MP of Cure II), it is more efficient than both Cure and Cure II.

More efficient only in the amount it heals per mana. Cure III gives you more then double the hate of Cure II, however. Not wise to use very often when you first get this spell and are fighting in Qufim, its still better to bounce between Cure I and Cure II. Until a bit higher of levels this is an emergency heal.
