This spell can be purchased in Lower Jeuno at an obvious scroll/magic shop for around 20K. If your patient it can be a good source of profit as most server AH's sell it for 30K. Whats silly is that the scroll shop and AH are RIGHT beside each other lol.

I believe there is an error on the target. It is not a single target spell. I've cast it several times, an like all spells that end with -ga, it is an area of effect spell.
