I got this at lvl13 from a sheep in ronfaure i can get spells that are 3 levels higher but not spells which are 5 levels lower -_- Do funguars ever use Queaseyshroom?

no matter where your target is for casting this spell, the radius is centered around you. Quirky? Yes. Usefull? Only if you want to sleep one thing with an AoE, ie, if you don't a single target sleep, ie, if you're a Blue Mage.

Lvl to use is 16, MP cost is 22, BMP cost is 2, magical spell, AoE Sleepage, strong vs. Lizards, Beast based.
Gives CHR+1 HP+5 when equipped, does basically Horde Lullaby.
