I got this at level 13BLU/6WHM i was in a party at the dunes and i got this spell i just thought it was unbelieveable but since this happened i think i am going to try to get other spells at under level.

Lvl to use is 16, MP cost is 36, BMP cost is 2, magical spell, AoE attack, strong vs. plantoids, vermin based.
Gives MND+1, does AoE water damage.
I actually was using this in party on a Distortion SC... it was doing around 130 per, which my party was pretty /amazed at, heh. Just gotta make sure no other mobbies are around, and yer good ter go.
