Man you dont have to engage the fight for learn a spell for exemple i learned sandspin @ qufim when i was resting and i havent take any dmg and havent hit the mob

it doesnt matter if the spell takes effect, it doesnt matter if it uses it on you. As long as the mob simply readies the attack, and attempts to land it, then you can learn it.

Um untrue. Did you both reading the "how to attain blu abilities" explanation that SE released? Let me refresh:
YOU DO NOT:
Have to be the target of the ability to get it. You simply have to be in the fight/engaged with the enemy. If the monster uses it on someone else, you still have the same amount of chance to attain the ability if it is used.
Have to within level ranged (of lower level monsters than yourself) to learn the ability. HOWEVER, if you fight a monster that's way too high for your level, you will not learn the ability. This means you can be level 40 and learn an ability from a level 1 monster, but you cannot learn an ability from a level 75 monster.
There's more but that should cover the bases you are trying to explain.

You misunderstand him. He's talking about how the spell WORKS, not have you get it. Chaotic eye is a gaze attack. When a couerl uses it you have to be looking at it or the spell will have no effect.
However I don't believe you need to have hate to get this to stick as a blue mage. The mob DOES have to be looking in your direction or the silence will fail 100%, but I think the blue mage simply needs to stand in line with whoever has hate, he doesn't need to have hate himself.

If this is the same as the Coeurl's move, which I hope it is, or it's a big insult to BST, this would be almost worthless in a party.
The BLU would have to have the monster's hate in order for the silence to take effect. So unless you are tanking or soloing, leave this off your list.

Umm, a sight based move doesn't require you to tank...You'd just have to stand in front of the mob...So, step in front of your tank before you use it and it should be fine, I think.
