sooo what if there were like 18 smns ALL USING IT AT SAME TIME AGAINST AV one of them are bound to deal like 50% or somethin>?
Seems like this would be pretty incredible on mobs like Absolute Virtue who have insane amounts of HP. I guess if it doesn't even do 1% then its pointless anyway though.
Yes, Ruinous Omen is Diabolos' Astral Flow attack.
The random % sounds like a neat idea, however it deals good damage rarely and deals horrible useless damage about 90% is the time -.-
I haven't really sat down to test exactly how much the damage varies, but I can tell you know I've used this attack about 10 times now, once and ONLY once it's done a whopping 3000-some damage! All other times is did under 400 to the enemy -.- lame. All attacks were vs. IT+ enemies while in merit parties as SMN 75.
I'm sure there's bound to be other factors that alter the percentage, I've just yet to find any...
So basically overall, neat idea for an Astral Flow, just don't expect great results often.

Is this the 2hr for diabolos? pretty cool attack...but the random factor is tough. Is there a limit to how much hp this can take away? It'd suck if u use this and 1hp is taken away.
