Since SE implemented the higher cap on category two merits, this is probably the best of the bunch. It's +20 ACC in exchange for 15% of max HP. It lasts three minutes and with five merits in it, it lowers the recast to five minutes. Just don't use it while zerging.

you should put that Diabolic eye last 3min

@1207hp it gets me down to 1016hp when using it.

i'm not 100% sure about the accuracy bonus

but with some testing i've seen its more than 10 (prolly 20-40)

wearing warwolf belt and checking mob is normal eva

switching to life belt still normal eva

equiping back warwolf but using diabolic eye, often drops to low eva

note, it is also possible it raises your accuracy by a percentage (doubt it) but we never know, i know it gives enough accuracy to make a differences on gods.

Neways ill do some more testing to know the exact bonus it gives.
