This spell blows. Casted on Giant Bee in North Gustaberg, first time it didn't proc at all, second time proc'd x2 woot!! Casted Paralyze I, proc'd x7 lol.
Don't get set into one form, adapt it and build your own, and let it grow, be like water. Empty your mind, be formless, shapeless. If you put water in a cup it becomes the cup, if you put it into a bottle it becomes the bottle. You put water into a teapot it becomes the teapot. Now, water can flow or it can crash. It stickes about the same as para I but the proc rate on this spell is incredable.
