is there anything that effects how much you drain like VIT or DEX? just wondering if there is a modifier or if it is just random

Is there some other effect to this besides just draining hp? I keep seeing a message come up that says "<mob>'s Drain Daze effect wears off" or somesuch. Anyone know what that is?

When you have the dance active, and you hit the mob, it puts the mob in a daze effect, then other people who are hitting the mob have the en-drain effect. If you stop attacking, or miss repeatedly, the effect wears off and no one can en-drain until you hit the mob again and put the daze effect back on.

recast on this is wrong, its not instant, didnt really pay much attention to the timer, (i only checked once by accident and it was at 17 seconds) it was probably 20 or 25 seconds

The recast on this is a minute. It also will not survive a zone even if it was cast just prior to the zone.
