Get quest from Heptachiond @ H-8 of Eldieme Necropolis [S].
Travel to Fort Karugo-Narugo [S] and speak to Pecca-Pocca @ G-12 in a room INSIDE the fort. He will give you a Sheaf of handmade incense. Take this back to Heptachiond to get the Scroll of Recall-Meriph.
