Armani is right, you can buy it from Selbina and from Windurst's Magic Reserve in the waters district (it's probably quicker to get there). I think it sells for around 15k, compared to 20k on Garuda AH in Jeuno.

Did you check Selbina? They sell most spells after the shops in San d'Oria and Bastok.
Although the graphic for this is rather dull, it does on average 250 damage to IT's. Great spell in Crawlers nest as the crawlers are weak to it. If your in a party and your in the ball room try to get you party to move to one of the tunnels at the side's where theres open monster free area's you can use this spell in.
