Where's the Tradeskill window for my container? :: Final Fantasy XI

I submitted a ticket to Daybreak already, but I have been away for a year, so perhaps something changed. None of my portable tradeskill containers bring up the Tradeskill window anymore. If I left click on them, all I get is the a display of the contents and a Combine button. Is this a change or am I just unlucky enough to be bugged?

Go into options (Alt O) and on the General tab, uncheck Open Tradeskill List with Ctrl Right Click. Then right click on your tradeskill container again.
