I am Lady Zerjha, hero of Windurst, having completed nearly every quest there is in Windurst, and yet Kopuro-Popuro still won't give me the C-3000 quest...

Those above posts that mentioned hero are lvl9 fame I believe.

That list above is incorrect in many places, including that particular message, which is indeed for level 9 Bastok fame. See the FFXI Fame Guide for the most accurate fame info available.

As an aside, any fame message that talks about the blessings of the Goddess is evel 9 fame. Not all of them say this at level 9, but most do.
