Finally, some information on those level 30 shields. Thanks for the post. There was one made several months ago listing all the known latent effect items, but it didn't have the shields.

Great post! It's good that you (or someone) took the time to compile all those items.

A couple corrections, though. As was said earlier, Horror Head does not have a Latent Effect, and the requirements you listed are incorrect. I also believe the activation requirements you listed for Treat Staff are incorrect.

Treat Staff has only worked for my on Full Moon, Darksday, at nighttime while in combat.

The effect of Carbuncle Mitts is incorrect.

Carbuncle Mitts decrease Carbuncle's perpetuation cost by half, rounding up by one, in the case of an odd number.

This is a very nice list an thank you.But I noticed that sorcerer's ring wasnt't listed.Does anyone know what triggergs the latent effect on them. Magic attack plus 10 thats pretty good.So any information would be helpful.
