Safe to say the Color and Proverb are related. Especially since the Proverb comes up as a clarification - the quest can probably stand on it's own without talking to her again.

Safe to say there isn't a directional/quest or correlation either.


I'm thinking the quest your given must be randomized. It doesn't appear to be related to either the direction, the color, or the proverb.

Well, your lucky color is definitely elemental.


Your lucky element is Lightening. The Constellation Leviathan is in the West, as is its Blue Star. Lightening will defeat Water, so your fortune is telling you to face the element that is weak to your lucky element.

The same goes with your friends. Both were lucky Blue. Blue is the Water element. Both of your Blue friends were told to find fortune in the Northwest. The constellation of Ifrit, with it's Red Star, is in the Northwestern Sky. Once again, you have a strong lucky element facing it's weak star/constellation.


That's all I can really figure out at the moment. I don't know what to say about the Titles. Perhaps there is a hidden effect to titles that we have yet to percieve? Or maybe the titles are clues to something bigger ("Daybreak Gambler" for someone told to face the setting sun, for example)

As for the other stuff (Hippogryphs and all that) I don't know what to say. But the lucky color and fortunate directions are definitely correlating between elements, constellations, and weaknesses.

Scoured Xarcabard, found another Luck Rune.

It is in J-8, in the very upper right corner.

In the mid-bottom of J-7 is a small path that leads off to the east, you can see it on the map. It is a cave that leads back around, then down south to J-8. At the very end of it is a Luck Rune.

Sorry gray, but having four blues up with three different directions debunks any correlation to constellations unfortunately =/

Edit: Can we get a volunteer to search every nook and cranny of Zi'Tah for a luck rune for the north clue? If there's one there then all the luck runes are in outdoor areas most likely. I would do it myself but still 3 hours til im done d/ling patch

edit2: oh dear god i hope its in zi'tah and not ro'maeve... i definately would not like to be the pioneer to scour that place

Perhaps it means you have to check the rune on your corresponding elemental day, rather than weather.

Well, there is more to the fortune than the direction, the color and the title. You've also got the mysterious saying. Perhaps you have to be doing something that correlates to all 4 of the things she says to actually get some result.

So don't throw the weather idea out just yet, in case something comes of it.

Correlation. Now what?

!!! Progress. Try checking it while being in PT with your mate of the same title. Try trading a colored chip, crystal, or cluster to the rune. Try getting your partner to check it. Try doing the quest for your partner as well and going to their rune and doing the same thing.

Only problem with that idea is what item would you trade for the Black clue about parties ending?
I'm not trying to shoot you down, im just putting some ideas out there before a wave of people spend cash on expensive things like gold ingots and go rushing out there.
