Looks like the kind of item that would be in some sort of holiday event. Makes me wonder what they have planned for this Halloween. Last year's was pretty funny with the costumes.
Of course I hadn't read up on it, so I had happened to walk into Bastok that day seeing two Quadav standing there. Thought we were under attack >_> The bogy floating by really didn't ease any tension.

I like the treat staffs. Are they still going to be given away? Pitchfork sounds cool (will probably look cool also) but I like the warp on the staffs.

Hahaha, the first day I started playing was about the time of the last Summerfest. I recall going "OMGWTF is Sandy being attacked?!"
Thinking back on it, that would have been a lot more interesting than fireworks. :/
