Error Code:POL-12321 :: Final Fantasy XI

Ok, I cant find a answer any place, or a way to find one so I'm posting this.

When I go to press "Play" on the FFXI screen it brings up a box that says
"Error Code:POL-12321
A unexpected proble occurred"

If anyone knows why this is happening or a way to fix it, please let me know.

I'm On 360 btw.

It's part of the wonderful "NXE" M$ has forced on 360 players and unfortunately, at this time, the only solution is to uninstall FFXI from the HDD via the POL menu and reinstall.

I had the same problem right after the nxe update. You can also just reinstall the WoTG expansion instead of reinstalling all of FFXI. Should save you some time since it's smaller and you'll have less updates to do afterwards.^^

I tried re-installing POL, installing game to hard drive etc. several times and I got the same error code. I have two xboxes and after much troubleshooting I decided to reinstall FFXI and it finally worked after I did that. When I got my other xbox back from service I got the same error code with the same hard drive ; ; so I was thinking I had to re-install all over again. I can confirm that re-installing WOTG on the 360 will fix the problem completely and save you about 3.5 hours of time if you were to install the whole game again. Wish i knew this last week ; ;!
