I'm looking to get my second item for drg AF+1 and i don't have a shell anymore. It looks as though a single random chest pops in this floor and all i would have to do is get to it and pop it. Am i reading the guides wrong, and if not is this feasible? Even a 33% chance at a item chest is better than nothing until i can get the time to do Limbus again. I have BLM up to 75 but its not geared well and i don't mind wasting a few xp on RR.

I've soloed the first floor of Temenos N a lot as BLM. When I started, I failed a couple of times as /RDM. One of the two WAR moblins you need to kill is in such a small room, you can't reliably kite it with Gravity. So I was constantly having to recast blink and stoneskin. And as a result, I never had enough time to kill both WAR moblins.

Upon a recommendation I found on alla, I switched to BLM/NIN. Immediately, the task became trivial. I would suggest trying it as BLM/NIN and putting Ichi back up after every nuke-sleep cycle. Save Ni for those occasions that the moblin resists sleep or manages to catch you with Frying Pan.
