Job Specific EmotesFollow

Just compiling a list for everyone so feel free to add to it for your job.

There is a new Magician Moogle in Ru'Lude Gardens that you can get the quests from. He will give you lvl 30 neck piece and list the requirements needed for each trial. You do not need to be the job quested to unlock the trial though he will only list the jobs you have over 30. Once you complete the trial you will receive a permanent key item job emote and you can toss your neck item from the trial if you want to.

BRD - Siren't Tear - Obtained by touching the ??? in North Gustaberg (with unequipped main and sub weapons) along the bank of the river at (J-8) and (J-9). Once touched, the ??? will move to another random spot along the bank.

Changing areas and checking the ??? while the storm is still active will yield another sunsand, as will waiting for another storm.

Can't personally confirm, but I've read that Nin requires Eastern Paper dropped from Yagudo Heralds and Yagudo Interrogators in Sauromogue.

Also, Emotes stack apparently. Not sure if link works, but Link to Blm/Pld/Nin Emotes used at once on BG

Looks ridiculous and awesome all at the same time.

On WHM I have unlocked WHM, SMN and since my first post BLM, and RDM. It's not too bad.

Eh... ten minutes in Gusgen Mines.

You do not need to be the job quested to unlock the trial but I have yet to try a job I do not have over 30 so I can not comment on that yet.

Basically though, get trial, get item, get emote. It's really easy.

BST needs Wild Rarab Tail, from the bunnies in Buburimu.

I did the job emote quest for blm, I turned my magicked skull in, but the magian moogle won't give me my reward. How do I get it?

Anyone that has finished some of the apparently targeted emotes (whm, blu, etc) want to let us in on what happens when someone else isn't around?

is there a war emote? i dont see it in the listing and being in school all day (even now) i cant get the update and log in to find out.

WAR needs Shaman Garlic.

Turn it in in the usual box.


Also SMN + NIN is a good combo.
