Just a quick question, because back in the day this is what I did for spare gil - usually as I crafted. Does it still exist in Jeuno & Whitegate? If it does, do shouts come frequent enough to even consider it a worthwhile endeavor? Thanks!

With all the new ways for players to get around (Voidwatch warps, Abyssea warps, Outpost warps, etc), the teleport market is pretty much non-existent, as the majority of the player base have quicker and arguably cheaper means to get to where they're going than they would have if they were to shout for a teleport.

Weird on Asura, you still see people shouting for teles and they offer from 2-5k or more too.

people do shout for teles but yeah I wouldn't stand around waiting for it. That said last time I shouted looking for a tele (was slightly more convenient than the maw) no one even responded, so unlike the olden days you won't be competing for customers with some tele-bot.

For those not so familar with the benefits of VW-warps (like me), where can you warp from/to? And what does it require to warp?

I know I did a VW or 2 when it launched so I would be accumulating stones, but have not been active since. I'd love to find faster ways to get places via VW warps.

Once you cleared an nm you will be able to teleport to the entrance of or just outside of where your next target will be for 1k crour. Which sounds like a lot of you never did VW but many nms drop over 10k of crour a kill. The ability to teleport to these areas just require to clear the previous nms. Past fights require you to teleport from an NPC in the past and likewise you cannot teleport to a location in the present from the past.

above has it - keep in mind many of these fights are GoV areas - so it is worth doing the three city clears just so you can tele to a lot of them. Very nice to tele right to Gusgen when you want to do some GoV

Also I forgot to answer your other question. There are currently NPCs station in Bastok windy and sandy in past and present. Npc outside of Each exit of jueno. One in norg, I do not know if more were added with the addition of CoP and ToAU series of voidwatch but I am willing to bet there's one in Tavnazia, white gate and nashmua.

Edit: Pet bet lalalala
