I have been having issues trying to get back on this game for the past two days. I know my Playonline ID and PW, but they didn't work for some odd reason. I updated my password and still, that didn't work. I don't understand why I can't get back on the game. I just keep getting the same error code "Error code: POL-5312" and getting assistance with this is pretty tough.
Can anyone point me in the right direction please? I wish they had kept things they way they were with the billing and reactivation. It was never a problem before.
