Hmmm. I know I pre-ordered it, yet I can't find any email in my inbox to prove it, nor do I see any "Orders" sort of page on the SE website... How do we check to ensure our pre-orders went through? Anyone know?

If you ordered through Square-Enix online store, the email confirmation likely would have come from digitalriver.com.

They apparently have a site findmyorder.com in which you can look up orders previously placed. There does not appear to be any association with square enix's page once the sale is complete.

At least, when I purchased a new code a while ago through them, that's what it was. Don't know if it would work for pre-orders.

I got my codes from the email I got from buying from SE. But for some reason I entered the code for the hat and assigned to my main, then tried to register my choco shirt and says it is expired. WTF lol

Its possible the expired message is just their default date error. It may be the case that the shirt code is just not active yet, and will become valid after the release of the expansion.

I found my pre-order email. Thanks. How did you get a code for the shirt and hat already? I didn't get a code at all in my email.

So, if I order now, the items come later? Obviously it wont be usable now, but the site says "N/A". I want to make sure that I'm not getting screwed over.

Did your email look like something like this near the bottom, the top part is your address and other junk. I deleted my codes so none else can use them but its like a 16 number letter combo.

Ok this really pisses me off. My email did not look anything like that. It only had the one line with the FFXI Ultimate edition. No codes.

PS. I canceled my february order and re-ordered it again today. It looks like THIS time I got a receipt with all the pre-order items on it. No codes, but at least it shows the pre-order items on there so I would expect codes later at some point.

As I said before, I canceled my February Preorder today and redid my preorder. This time I got the Destrier Cap code right away. The rest of them are noted to be released when the game comes out. Just make sure they're listed on your invoice. If you've got that there, you should be getting them on the 26th.

So does each item have a unique code? I've already got a cap on my main account and would like to give the shirt to my main account and new hat to my second account. I only bought the digital expansion, had to shell out the extra $10 for an xbox 360 version since this is the first time I'll be installing it.

Well I added all the codes I got to my account but no chocobo shirt has shown up yet... and the expansion doesn't automatically come on with the "checking update" screen so... I'll wait til tomorrow before starting to kick up a fuss since SE SAYS Seeker doesnt actually go live until tomorrow.

Which seems to be a bit retarded. If you're going to give a release date then... RELEASE it!!!

Hey, I got my codes yesterday, but I can't seem to find the place to register my Chocobo Shirt. I clicked on the "Add Service Account" button in the Square Enix Account page, but it told me the code was invalid. :(

Please help! How do I register my Chocobo Shirt?

I applied my shirt and hat codes and low and behold they are not in my delivery box. They show up on my acct where I registered them. Shutdown the game and logged back in and still not there. Go figure.
