Only two days to do this?? They understand that it's a holiday and people will be out celebrating right? And that people still have jobs to go to... I feel as if a lot of people may miss out on this, myself included.

The campaign goes for a month actually, so there's plenty of time.

Edit: beaten to it.

Why can't they give us Trust: Naja Salaheem? I would get endless joy our of summoning her in impossible situations just to watch her get off'd.

Because Naja charges you 100k every time she uses a weaponskill.

I've always thought the same thing. Lion was disappointingly unremarkable in both design and character.

The page on the official forum has been updated:

Quote:

*** The appropriate item may only be traded to the NPC whose initiation quest you have completed.
They can be found in the following locations.

Gondebaud in Southern San d’Oria (L-6)
Clarion Star in Port Bastok (K-7)
Wetata in Windurst Woods (G-10)

**** The items needed to summon their respective alter egos can be acquired by exchanging the following types of currency with the NPC with which you can normally exchange that currency.

Currency and Item Name
Conquest Points – Cipher: Tenzen
Imperial Standing – Cipher: Mihli
Allied Notes – Cipher: Valaineral
Cruor – Cipher: Joachim

ah I guess I was a bit quick off the mark when I made my post.
Was just a bit curious when I checked with the starter npc's when they didn't offer any info on any new trust participants.

I still remember that mod that one guy made that replaced every opo-opo with Naja. I'm guessing he really liked killing Opo-opo's after that...

Opos really lag my computer for some reason (several mobs do, I've noticed that it's usually mobs that have tails, like raptors are another example... idk, are those mobs just particularly resource-intensive to animate, or something?) so I actually wouldn't mind such a mod.

Shouldn't be too complex. Just be sure to choose something with all the combat animations and swap the renamed DAT in. Not sure what using those would do (like town NPCs), but I'd assume crashes in a worst case scenario. Naja technically has a battle set thanks to the mission BC, so she'll work.
