So i entered the 2 codes for the beret and the chocobo shirt on my account. Then i log in run to the festival moogle only to find out that he only gave me the beret and nothing else. Ive tried talking to him multiple times but he says he has nothing. What do i do?

no, it wasn't preorder only - it came in every complete package. Maybe try entering the code again? Then talk to support if that doesn't work.
