Suppose there is a party doing the Rank 2-3 Mission, the part just before the dragon fight. Member 1 clicks the Burning Circle and initiates the cutscene. My question is, will all the members see the cutscene or just Member 1? If all will see, can each member control the cutscene themselves or can they only watch the cutscene being controlled by Member 1?

Each player will get their own cutscence, in this case when they enter the bcnm fight.
If someone has already beaten the fight, they'll get the option to skip the CS and start the fight right away.
