FFXI Xbox 360 installation issueFollow

I'm having quite a bit of trouble trying to install the ultimate collection on my 360 slim . When installing it will get to the last 20% then it freezes up and restarts the console. It's a brand new disc might I add. I also notice that the playonline won't install to my hard drive or at least I don't think it does. Can any one help me.

Edit 1:Now it's saying failed to write to hard drive😑😑. This hard drive is brand new 500gb.
