I returned a month ago I guess now. How does one get Bayld? I'd like to try and get as many of these as I can.

The only thing I have done in SoA has went to the town, touched the HP stones, and killed mandys to EXP.
Been doing old expansion missions for story in order, along with RoV. I'm only/finally up to WotG.

Easiest way is to exchange 4 copper vouchers for bayld since you'll need 4k to get both bayld trusts, or do colonization/lair reives outside of town but you'll need the ki to damage the roots.

Simplest way nowadays is probably coalition ops (Adoulin's equivalent of campaign ops, pretty much). They buffed the returns you get from most of them and even with just the imprimaturs you start with it should not be too difficult to reach 4k bayld.

You could spend copper vouchers on them too, but bayld is probably one of the least difficult things to earn normally that you can exchange for those vouchers. Something potentially more valuable to exchange them for would be obsidian fragments, which can be used to make Yorcia alluvion skirmish a lot simpler to do, for the various i119 gear + augment stones that it drops... or resistance credits (Bastion), for nabbing any AF3 leg pieces you may be missing because you probably won't get anyone to do Bastion anymore (some AF3+2 leg pieces are still quite good even without item level, such as WHM's)

There's also the two patrol and waypoint quests within the two city zones themselves and that'll get you all waypoints + 2K Bayld (and some free kinetic units for teleporting) if you do them.

Western Adoulin:
https://www.bg-wiki.com/bg/Western_Waypoints,_Ho!
https://www.bg-wiki.com/bg/A_Certain_Substitute_Patrolman

Eastern Adoulin:
https://www.bg-wiki.com/bg/Wes...Eastern_Waypoints,_Ho!
https://www.bg-wiki.com/bg/The_Longest_Way_Round...

Each quest gives you 500 Bayld for 2K total. Just doing a handful of Courier assignments will get you the rest of the way easily.

They buffed Reive pay out, so I would honestly suggest doing those. Just run through all the zones with the right RoE objectives up since it'll also net you the permanent CP boosts in the process. If you're having trouble soloing some, then work your way through the RoV questline to unlock more trust slots if you haven't already. The later zones may start asking for gear better than eminent stuff, though.

I managed to get them all. I'm not too worried about end game and gear atm, so I just used copper vouchers to get the currency needed.

King of Hearts is amazing, more HP then Koru-Moru (2,3k hp) and smarter AI to boot!

I can't seem to find the NPCs in the past [S]. I see contradicting positions, but neither appear to be correct. Am I supposed to do something first?

Only past trust that is available is Adelheid and she's available from the allied notes npc.

Guess I need to keep my sub up until I get these ... seems only thing that gets me to log in anymore is collecting trusts.

Also: how do I get Quiltada?

Olorinus, you probably are aware, but for anyone else reading here, Quiltada is COR and will always use corsair's roll if the party leader has commitment or dedication (EXP or CP gain effect, from rings) active. This makes him a very nice trust to have any time you are actively EXP or CP farming.
