I should be excited by Tartarus being rank 3 but I can't even remember the last time I won something higher than rank 4.

I think I've one a rank 4 once ever. That was it

Same with the Jumbo Cactpot in FFXIV which works pretty much exactly the same way (you have to match 4 numbers instead of 5, but you also only get one pick per week instead of ten, so the odds are basically the same aside from the higher frequency of drawings)

Got a Tartarus Platemail from Rank 3 so that's pretty cool but it's murder on 1st person view.
