someone edited the wiki and put in the whole divisible by level 13 thing.. thought.. it should be confirmed first before editing the wiki can you sync with your friend and confirm?

Starting from 13 huh? I was kind of hoping for some broken 1-10 lving experience with it.

well if it's a level latent, that still isnt so bad. doubt anyone expected this thing to be a free Vcloak

Don't see why it wouldn't kick in during sync(Since it's level1, it's not effected by additional effect removal).
Just, probably don't sync to 13/26 etc to often. Maybe 65 though(And you can wear Vermy then).

it does work on level sync which is what put the nail in the coffin for me on it being usable at 26
13 makes sense. It's a Halloween event. 13 being unlucky i.e. friday the 13th.

That makes some sense, I was trying to figure out how the 13 was related to the event... thought maybe 31 backwards, or maybe it was prime numbers and people hadn't noticed yet or something.
Guess that's it, though. Kinda strange trigger, I was hoping for something a little more interesting, myself. Something rare, sure, but was hoping for something that could show up at any level, instead of just specific ones.
Ah well, still a neat item. :D
