Lost AF hat help!Follow

Hi I just completed AF hat 2nd fight and zoned into North Sandy for CS. after cutscene I checked inventory for hat and my space was 30/30>< plz if anyone has done this or know what I can do plz help. I tried rezoning but no go.

Did you make room in inventory before rezoning?

I know it might sound like a silly question, but it's worth asking. Also I'd go chat with the quest starter. Sometimes when you don't get the item because of issues like that, it will drop when you initiate an action on the quest starter again.
