New account registration helpFollow

I just bought this game and am having a problem with registering the account.

When I click the button to activate a new account, I have to submit my Station name and Password. I do this and then hit "subit" or press enter. After I do this, the screen flashes like it is going to load the next page, and then I am prompted with the same Station log in page.

I tried both the station username and password i had from EQ, and I tried to make a new one, neither seem to get any results.

Note I am not even getting an error message, just prompted with the same page again.

Any help would be appriciated, especially since the phone support and live chat both seem to be down until monday.
