The people with XX.X in their bazaars just keep track of their numbers as they level up. Everytime that person gets the message "Xypin's woodworking skill increases by .1," that person would increase the number in their bazaar by .1. I used to use my bazaar, then a notebook, now I use ffrecipe.com.

This is sort of a stupid question but here goes.When i first started sything i got to lv 10 and it wouldnt let me go any higher that was in alchemy i talk to the guild leader and he asked for me to make this item then i would get passed lv 10 up to 15 0r 20 if i remember well i have been away for bit and now i am back i started to do gold smithing i got to 10 and asked guild master to lv but they never asked me for any item just kept goin on about how goldsmithng will be rewarding and to take it slowly.So my question realy is did they change were you have to make an item to lv your skill or have they just changed the lv's as i am now lv 13 gold.and still able to lv it up.
lahari was played by my son who loved this game and though he died dec 21/2005 i will do my best to continue and finish what he started.
A guild test can be taken at lvl 8, 18, 28, etc, and as you found out, if you don't take the test, your skill is capped at 10, 20, 30, etc. This will happen with all crafts, but there have been reports of a people passing into the next rank without taking the test. If you talked to the guildmaster, but he didn't ask for an item, then either you already did it or you glitched your way past the test.

0-10 Amateur
11-20 Recruit
21-30 Initiate
31-40 Novice
41-50 Apprentice
51-60 Journeyman
61-70 Craftsman
71-80 Artisan
81-90 Adept
91-100 Veteran

Sorry if this is repeated, but can I level all my crafts to 100? IF not then why and whats it's limitations?
Yeah I don't mind doing quad damage to your back or stabbing you so fast it interrupts your casting. :)
You can not have all crafts to level 100.
Why? Because those are the rules.
What are the limitations? You can have 100 fishing, all other crafts at level 60, and then 40 more additional levels across those crafts, so you can have one other craft at 100 or two other crafts at level 80 or one craft at 82 another at 78 and the rest at 60.
