Whm gear checkFollow

Hi, I'm a lv90 Whm and Rdm with only /sch or /rdm atm and I'd like a gear check to see what to work towards. I mostly (90% of the time) just dual box with a melee character but sometimes play main healer. I'm looking for upgrades that will give the most impact to my performance 1st then the little ones later. Most of my equipment are kept to a minimal gil cost cause the non-rare/ex items are pretty much borrowed. So, the upgrades I can get must either be rare/ex or an easy drop from something easy.

Current Gear:

Surya+2 Staff +22% cure pot
Staff Strap
Incantor Stone
Orison Cap+1
Orison Locket
Antivenom Earring/Insomia Earring
Noble's Tunic
Orison Mittens+1/Blessed Mitts (for cures)
Serket Ring/Sirona's Ring
Orison Cape
Heirarch Belt
Orison Pantaloons+1
Orison duckbills+1/Cure Clogs (for cures)

Atma most often used: MM, Stormbird, Harmony. I don't have any other cure/refresh/whm atma and do not have a way to win dynamis for Rescuer atma; it's a long time before I can get it.

I'm thinking to replace the Nobles once I get the Af3+1 body but not too sure if it's worth the lost in cure potency so I have not been working towards completing the body piece but I will definitely replace it with the AF3+2 body.

Serpentines Hands/Feet are on my list but from the look of 3-4 kills without drop, I'm starting to lose hope on getting them.

I'm looking for a way to earn the Orison Cap+2 but since I mostly dual box I can only do the Iza(very long name here) every once in a while whenever I manage to get a Tunga pop item in a lucky Gold chest. The corse NM seems pretty hard to dual box; perhaps someone with experience in using Bst to beat him could give me some hints?

One of the earring piece I'm going after is the Orison Earring but I don't know what to do for the other slot. I'm working towards sea and 75 coins for the fast cast earring but is this the one to work towards when I have 0 coin?

Belt is also a problem. I'm too cheap to afford anything over 100k on AH so I'm looking for rare/ex alternatives.

Finally, I have no idea which rings to use. I don't think I will be able to use the Medicine Ring due to the fact that I often pull hate on hate reset moves and I take longer than others to gain hate back on my melee.

Something that is worth pointing out, because I really don't encounter this problem when dual boxing WHM as often as other people seem to (which makes the Medicine Ring a lot more usable in Abyssea than people usually think):

Hate reset moves usually don't reset the target's hate immediately. (In fact, sometimes the mob will attack the person with hate one more time after the hate resetting TP move occurs, which can prove fatal if the hate resetting move in question works like Throat Stab.) If you're going to try to voke or WS or something to get hate back, it's important to wait a couple seconds after the move happens (once the hate reset has actually occurred). If you voke prior to that, it's just a wasted effort.

He will fix his enmity problems in a duo dualboxing situation more easily by improving his melee character (note that it's not just damage/equipment on the melee that matter; taking the proper actions at the correct time following hate resets is just as important if not more so) rather than trying to make a -enmity set on his WHM.

My enmity set isn't much better than his (I have Minikin plus whatever's on the AF3, if anything, and that's pretty much it) and I don't encounter issues.

Thanks for the replies. I guess I will go do Wotg for the earring then. If the good choices for belt are out, perhaps I can put on some haste belt before I can get something better? Any idea if there is something better than the Staff Strap?

I don't have hate problem unless my melee is using something pathetic trying to proc or fail at Fell Cleaving, I only take damage due to AOE and hate reset moves. It takes me longer to get hate back because I'm not too good at dual boxing and have to fumble through macros and controls. Because of the potential problem, I don't really want to stay in yellow/red HP.
