Dual wield and haste gearFollow

I know this has probably been done to death over the years but I now have more gear with both haste and dual wield on it than ever before so I wondered what pieces were best to wear for TPing in?

Should I be stacking dual wield heavily where I can and then haste gear afterwards, or....?

For waist ive got Nuskus sash and also twilight belt, not sure which one is best for TPing in, also for neck when I play DNC ive got charis necklace and also love torque...

Any opinions on whats the best route to take please?

In general you want to be at or very close to the 25% gear Haste cap (26% Haste when you add up the % Haste values on the gear itself), and then add in Dual Wield gear when possible. Because of the 10% Dual Wield on the DNC Empyrean body, you'll be hard pressed to replace that in a TP set unless you're also getting external Haste buffs and are hitting the total Attack speed cap already. Twilight Belt will end up being better than Nusku's Sash (for DNC anyway, it has its place for THF and NIN if you don't have Patentia) and you'll want to use Charis over Love Torque. In Adoulin areas, with Ionis and the +% Haste from it, you can basically go with this setup as far as Haste/Dual Wield and should be fine.

For DNC, you'd want:

Head: Thurandaut Chapeau
Neck: Charis Necklace
Earrings: Dudgeon/Heartseeker
Body: Charis Casaque +2
Hands: Iuitl Gloves w/ DA+2% augment, otherwise Manibozho Gloves on the STR path
Waist: Twilight Belt
Legs: Iuitl Tights w/ DA+2% augment, otherwise Manibozho Brais on the STR path
Feet: Manibozho Boots on the STR path

I excluded the other slots since those don't affect your Haste/Dual Wield. When not in Adoulin areas, a Haste head such as Iuitl Headgear or Sigyn Mask should end up being better than Thurandaut.

Now for THF, because we don't have a Dual Wield body as good as DNC, my current set is

Head: Iuitl Headgear (working on DA augments on it, but it's still high up there without due to the TA+2%)
Ranged: Raider's Boomerang
Earrings: Dudgeon/Heartseeker
Body: Thaumas Coat
Hands: Manibozho Gloves (see DNC info for why)
Waist: Patentia Sash (you can use Nusku's here, since it's the same Dual Wield %)
Legs: Manibozho Brais (see DNC info for why)
Feet: Manibozho Boots

That gives me just short of capped gear Haste in non/Adoulin areas with 15% Dual Wield in gear as well. It can obviously be better, what with Iuitl augments and all, but that set is generally going to be one of your best options.

Body: Charis casasque +2 (+10 DW)
Hands: Schneddick gloves (4% haste)
Legs: Charis tights +2 (5% haste)
Feet: Charis toeshoes +2 (4% haste)

Earrings: Suppa (DW +5) and Wotg (I have brutals and have occasionally deals damage to my WoTg augment)

Rings: Rajas and Eponas

Neck: Charis necklace (DW +3)

As far as starting equipment it isn't bad, but when you can, you'll want to add some of the Skirmish v2 and/or Delve equipment I mentioned before.
