I keep seeing conflicting threads about if Spharai's triple dmg can proc on a weaponskill.
Reason I'm wondering, in abyssea - Uleguerand, I was fighting a chariot and hit a 8083 Ascetic's Fury, and couldn't come up with the math to back it up :x

Note that the spreadsheets only give average values, not max (even for each individual line listed on the weaponskill charts). Remember that that will still vary a fair bit with pDif.
Plus I just noticed the cap on crit rate for the weaponskill was still 95%, and it should be 100%. A good stretch of Impetus bonus could push the average value up a bit as well, making it even closer to your sample.
